Methven Big Air

There's no shortage of action as some of the top skiers and snowboarders in the country and from around the world pull off huge air from the 16 metre-high floodlit ramp and kicker covered in 60 cubic metres of specially-imported Mt Hutt snow.
The fanatic FMX riders will be stopping by with some of New Zealand's ultimate riders.
Look out for their backflips, superman seat grabs rulers, kiss of deaths, holy grabs, turn-downs and more death-defying stunts.
The FMX riders give you insane displays of jaw-dropping FMX action. Plus, the winter's biggest Big Air is complemented by fireworks and a host of New Zealand music talent.
The 2011 event will be held to coincide with the 100% Pure New Zealand Winter Games.
