About this site
The New Zealand 2011 website is the online home of the 2011 New Zealand Festival, the Business 2011 Club, and the recruitment portal for the volunteer and hosting programme.
It’s also where you can find out about the government’s investment in and work around the 2011 Rugby World Cup.
This website is administered by the Ministry of Economic Development.
Access keys
Access keys are keyboard shortcuts that will take you to frequently used pages, like the home page and the search page.
To use any of the access keys listed below, hold down the ALT key (PC using IE) or CONTROL key (Mac) or the ALT+ Shift keys (PC using Firefox 2) and then press the corresponding access key. In some browsers you may then have to press ENTER to confirm your choice. If you’re using the Opera browser (version 7+), press SHIFT-ESC, release the keys, and press the key you want from the table below.

Change text size
On this site you can increase the size of the text on your screen.
Internet Explorer 5.5+
- Select the View menu, then Text Size, then your chosen size, or
- Hold down the CTRL key and press the plus key (+) to make the text larger or the minus key (-) to make the text smaller, or
- If you have a mouse wheel hold down the CTRL key and roll the mouse wheel to alter the text size.
Firefox 1.0+
- Select the View menu, then Text Size, then select decrease or increase, or
- Hold down the CTRL key and press the plus key (+) to make the text larger or the minus key (-) to make the text smaller, or
- If you have a mouse wheel hold down the CTRL key and roll the mouse wheel to alter the text size.
Opera 7.0+
- Select the View menu, then Zoom, then select the percentage increase or decrease you want, or
- Hold down the CTRL key and press the plus key (+) to make the text larger or the minus key (-) to make the text smaller.
Safari 1.2+ (Mac)
- Select the View menu, then Make Text Bigger or Make Text Smaller, or
- Hold down the command key (⌘) and the plus key (+) to make the text larger or command key (⌘) key and the minus key (-) to make the text smaller.
Google Chrome 1.0+
- Select the Page menu at the top right, then Zoom, then Larger or Smaller, or
- Hold down the CTRL key and press the plus (+) key to make the text larger or the minus (-) key to make the text smaller, or
- If you have a mouse wheel hold down the CTRL key and roll the mouse wheel to alter the text size.
